Yes, we encourage you to actually sleep on the pillow to test it! As long as it's returned in clean, resalable condition within 30 days, you can return it even after use. We understand that it takes a few nights to properly evaluate a pillow.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pillows that are:

• Stained, soiled, or damaged by the customer
• Returned after the 30-day window
• Missing the removable cover
• Showing signs of pet damage or excessive wear

Pillowcase/Cover:

• Remove the cover (if removable design)
• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
• Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

Memory Foam Core:

• DO NOT machine wash or submerge in water
• Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap
• Allow to air dry completely before use

No! The memory foam core should never be machine washed or submerged in water, as this will damage the foam structure and void your warranty. Only the removable cover (if applicable) can be machine washed.

Cover: Wash every 2-4 weeks (similar to your pillowcase schedule)

Pillowcase: Wash your regular pillowcase weekly as normal

Only the removable cover can go in the dryer (low heat). The memory foam core should never be placed in a dryer as high heat will damage the foam structure permanently.
